We are looking for a friendly, people person who is passionate about steady sales growth.

• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Outside sales experience is necessary. A Construction background is helpful.
• Comfortable in developing and maintaining long term relationships.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time throughout the Tennessee area.
• Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing
  daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
• Be able to develop a sales presentation based on the customer needs.
• Address customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to resolve the issue.
• Must have basic knowledge and use of outlook, word, excel, CRM and PowerPoint software.
• Sales background preferred with a quick learning curve of the products we produce.
• We conduct pre-employment drug and background screenings.

Position provides set salary plus monthly commission, assigned vehicle and fuel
card for business use only, and reimbursement of documented expenses.
Opportunity exists for annual performance bonus. Company benefits
include health insurance options, matching 401k, and paid holidays after
90 days. We offer 10 days of paid vacation after one year.

• 2 years of sales experience in a construction or industrial product field
• An Associate’s (2 Year) degree is preferred
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Experience working in construction industry (preferred)
