About the role


The Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is a leadership role responsible for owning the delivery of HR strategy across the EMEA region.

This role leads, coaches, and develops a team of Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Recruiters, driving consistency, capability, and accountability across the region.

The Regional HR Manager ensures alignment to global HR standards while enabling HRBPs to effectively partner with senior business leaders in their respective areas. This individual must be able to understand business priorities and translate them into a clear, actionable HR agenda that supports both operational excellence and client outcomes. They serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, and an escalation point for complex organizational, talent, and employee matters across the region.


What you’ll do


In this role, you will lead and develop a team of HRBPs and Recruiters while owning the execution of HR strategy across the EMEA region.

You will partner with and influence senior leadership to drive key talent initiatives including recruiting, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, succession planning, and organizational design, ensuring alignment to business priorities and client expectations.

You will establish regional operating rhythms, leverage workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions, and serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations and organizational issues. Additionally, you will drive consistency across regions, strengthen partnerships with global and local stakeholders, and lead initiatives that improve HR processes, scalability, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

What you need to apply


We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, or a combination of both, as well as 3+ years of experience managing people. You will be a standout applicant if you have experience supporting an operations team in a data centre environment!


We need you to have knowledge of global HR best practices, especially in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and talent development. You’ll also need to be comfortable working in a multi - country environment with different local labour laws and regulations. 


You should bring exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are key to thriving in this role. Your senior leadership team will appreciate if you can anticipate the needs of the team to stay ahead of the curve. You’ll also need to be highly collaborative across global and regional teams, handling multiple priorities, and delivering results under tight deadlines.


You’ll need to be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and large audiences and be skilled with communication –both written and verbal – across diverse cultures. This position involves travel (30% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) and the flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are a must.

It will also require you to work nights and weekends on occasion, so you’ll need to be comfortable flexing your schedule when needed. All applicants to this role must have reliable means of communication, reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work, the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, and the ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
