Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage security operations and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
• Access request management
• Handle client inquiries and communications
• KPI tracking
• On/Off-boarding
• Shift scheduling
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Relevant experience from the security industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Must be willing to participate in the company's screening process prior to employment, including drug screening and background check
• Completed and passed security guard training
• Good communication skills
• Must be fluent in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
• Satisfactory conduct/vandel (jf. Lov om vaktvirksomhet)

Special Requirements:
Must be able to work with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, for example, during an emergency or crisis.

Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00), but you must be flexible when needed. The position requires you to have a Class B driver's license.
