Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Welcoming, training, and supporting new and existing security staff throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Delivering engaging classroom and field‑based training sessions to build competence, confidence, and operational readiness.
  • Adapting training content and methods to align with a fast‑moving contract, ensuring programmes keep pace with innovation, growth, and operational changes.
  • Ensuring all personnel understand and follow safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coaching teams on best practice, professional standards, and site‑specific procedures.
  • Conducting training assessments, skills checks, and certifications to maintain compliance.
  • Identifying training needs, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement—then translating them into effective development plans.
  • Supporting emergency‑response training, including drills, evacuations, and scenario‑based learning.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all training activity, documentation, and handovers.
  • Collaborating with campus leadership and training teams to align programmes, schedules, and development initiatives across a global, multi‑site environment.

Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. If you meet the minimum requirements and believe you’ve got what it takes to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
