• Communicating clearly with the security operations center and preparing incident reports;

• Promoting a safe, respectful, and professional environment in line with company policies.

• Solid background in security operations with proven on‑site experience;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.

• Familiarity with datacenter environments and their specific requirements;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related administrative tools;
• Clear verbal and written communication in English;
• Skilled in applying security protocols, procedures, and best practices;
• Strong knowledge of supervisory methods and operational standards.
