We are seeking two strong individuals as Area Managers for North and South regions to join our team and play a key role in delivering operational excellence and strategic security leadership. 

In the Croatia, Securitas is the innovative and trendsetting market leader offering full services within the private security business. The organization consists of more than 2000 employees and the operations include the Security Operations Center (Monitoring), mobile patrol vehicles on the roads every night and a comprehensive guarding service. We have an advantageous geographical spread covering almost all of Croatia, ensuring our colleague's and clients get the best possible support and service from our branch network. Our headquarter is in Zagreb, but as an Area Manager you will travel to Slavonia or Rijeka, Istria and Dalmatia depends on the region you cover, either North or South.

Job Description

The Area Manager is a senior business and transformation leadership position reporting to the Country President. Has a broad P&L responsibility over geographical entity made of several sales & delivery units. They key purpose of this role is to drive profitable growth, maximizing Client Excellence, Operational Excellence and Employee Value Proposition.

The Area Manager will drive the transformation agenda to ensure that the short, medium, and long-term goals of the Strategic Plan are met. This involves a collaborative approach and supervision to organizational, cultural, and structural change, service innovation, operational efficiencies, and business intelligence.

Success in this role will result in:

• Overall responsibility for the P&L of the Area

• Building and coaching a successful team and ensuring excellent cooperation between the Area and the other sales & delivery engines and supporting entities to achieve our objectives

• Year-on-year profitable growth through increased sales of all new business and the upsell, cross sell and transformation of current business into integrated protective solutions

• Successful and consistent client satisfaction results across the area as measured by the NPS

• Clear, robust, and innovative Client engagement at senior level

• Spearhead and develop all area staff with key focus on Branch Leaders, ensuring future succession planning

• Successful rollout and execution of our Divisional compliance program

• Monitoring and improvement of the defined Area key performance indicators relating to our finances, our people, and our operation

• Achievement of operational performance targets such as indirect cost, labor efficiency, management turnover, diversity, and inclusion

Qualifications

• Executing organizational transformation management

• Innovative personality with a high energy level, out of the box thinking and embracing change to drive results

• Experience of using business intelligence to drive efficiency and best practice

• Experience in P&L ownership, forecasting and budgeting

• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a wider workforce 

• Good understanding of Technology

• Professional proficiency in English 

• Bachelor’s degree

• Five to ten years’ relevant commercial business experience both in sales and operations in a service industry
