Job Description
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and manage personnel scheduling to meet operational needs
- Oversee diary management for operational leadership
- Process and track annual leave requests accurately
- Manage and order uniforms and office supplies
- Handle basic payroll queries and provide timely resolutions
- Take clear and concise meeting notes and minutes
- Support on-call escalation and response processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Use internal systems and tools confidently and efficiently
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and field teams
- Provide administrative support to operations managers
- Contribute to improving operational processes and efficiency
- Ensure consistency and fairness in workforce planning
- Foster strong relationships across regional and national teams
Qualifications
Essential:
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office Suite proficiency)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- High emotional intelligence and people-first mindset
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
Desirable:
- Experience in scheduling or workforce planning
- Knowledge of payroll or HR admin processes
- Familiarity with Securitas systems or similar operational tools
