To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to strengthen our technical teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of our ICT solutions:

• Design and validate the technical architecture of ICT solutions (servers, storage, hypervisors) for both customers and internal use

• Install and configure systems at both hardware and software levels

• Act as the technical expert during project execution, working closely with Project Managers

• Deliver hands-on, on-site training to customers after system installation

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on existing installations (2nd & 3rd line support)

• Maintain and continuously expand your expertise in Compute, Storage, Backup, and Virtualization technologies

• Keep close contact with suppliers to stay informed about new products and technological developments

• Follow regular technical trainings leading to relevant certifications

• Be open to joining a 24/7 on-call rotation in the future

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical role

• Strong technical expertise including:

  • Enterprise-grade HPE and Dell servers (rack-mounted or blade)

  • Enterprise-grade HPE and Dell storage solutions, including SAN switching

  • Experience with large, redundant multi-site compute and storage environments

  • Backup solutions such as VEEAM and/or Commvault

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments

  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)

  • Interest in cybersecurity

  • Basic knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN)

  • Basic Linux knowledge is a plus

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients

• Comfortable with technical documentation and reporting

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and French (spoken), with willingness to further develop the other national language if needed

• Flexible and willing to travel across Belgium
