Your main responsibilities will be :

1. BI PROJECT MANAGER  / Finance digital transformation

• Analyze needs with the various internal stakeholders
• Maintain an active technological and functional watch
• Relations, exchanges and follow-up with the Securitas AB group (in particular BI department)
• Enable finance digital transformation
• Bi tools:
  • Development of BI tools and database reliability
  • Implement, monitor, operate and update the various tools deployed
  • Design, develop and guarantee the quality of data processing and carry out validation tests
  • Collect, save and process data

2. Country Controller

• Cost and margin analysis: Analyze and present production costs, margins and results of our operations. Support operational managers in implementing corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Budget process and monthly forecasting: Develop and monitor annual budgets, produce financial forecasts, and compare actual performance with targets to analyze variances and check action plans.
• Financial reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on project profitability, client profitability, production costs, and overall financial results.
• Creation and distribution of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
•  Enabling modernization and transformation of the financial tools and processes in place

For this role, you must:

• have a degree in business administration with focus on accounting/finance and/or IT
• have at least 5 years’ experience as a controller or financial analyst
• have experience in Business Intelligence, in particular Power BI
• be familiar with digitalization projects, in finance and/or operations
• have strong language skills in English and French or German
