• As Critical Wireless Communication PM, you are responsible for implementing, developing, supervising technical solutions for mission critical wireless communications (Tetra, DRM, 5G, MF, HF , WBHF...).

   

  Job description : 

• Validate and confirm clean orders.
• Report directly to Area Director BU Technology Critical Wireless Communications
• Agree on project execution methodology, scope and planning and timing with customers.
• Ensure VCA compliance and safety follow-up.
• Create overall project plans and document projects in supporting systems.
• Ensure project safety follow-up.
• Order necessary equipment and services.
• Identification and management of all internal and external stakeholders
• Update financial, timing, and quality aspects of the budget.
• Timely escalation if needed to management
• Adequate change management.
• First full invoice preparation.
• Organize and lead operational project status and steerco meetings.
•  Document RAG status obtained from customers for to guarantee the Quality, Timing Planning, Scope and Budget of the project.
• Conduct project closure meetings with customers and document project acceptance
• Provide as-built documentation.
• Organize handover sessions with CSM and OPS.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent with additional studies or project experience.
• Technical knowledge of ICT and Physical Security (recommended).
• 6-8 years of experience in managing projects with a budget over 1M EUR.
• Proficiency in English,  French and/or Dutch. 
• Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint) 
• ITIL V3 or ITIL4 foundation certification/knowledge
• PRINCE2 Foundation or  PMP certification.
• Knowledge of safety risks and preventative measures (VCA-FULLVOL).
• Valid VOL-VCA certification (Safety for Operational Supervisors)
• People manager (manage of a project team)
