customers include Zoom, SAP, Checkpoint, Lookout and Cyberark. We just closed our Series A of $12.5MM.
As a part of the sales team, you’ll work with other sales development reps to own the top of the sales funnel to ensure our Account Executives have the best opportunity to close each deal. You’ll be managed by an experienced SDR Leader who has been in the role and has the experience to make you successful.

Job Description
Evaluate lists of companies and individuals within those companies to reach out to
Email, call and use social selling to garner the attention of our prospects, connect and communicate the Second Nature value proposition
Report on your results and provide feedback to the SDR Leader
Learn the product and buyer, our value proposition and use cases, helping craft creative and engaging messaging and way to reach our target prospects
Analyze sales pipeline and efficiency data, recommending new outreach strategies based on specific verticals and personas
Develop, qualify and nurture leads from “in market” prospects
Meet regularly with key stakeholders and account executives to plan and execute on a daily and weekly basis
Work in a team environment with Sales leadership and account executives to develop lead generation campaigns and prospect development strategies
Identify and execute ways to improve our processes and workflows between marketing and product
Qualifications
Compentencies, Knowledge and Expertise
1+ years of experience in sales development for B2B SaaS companies is desired (but not required)
Your toolkit should ideally include all this great stuff:
Proven track record of exceeding/meeting appointment quotas year over year.
Great verbal and written communication skills. Be great in writing and over zoom.
Love to work in small, tight-knit team atmosphere.
Highly organized with strong time and task management skills
Energetic, self-starter with ability to engage prospects and develop relationships that result in insightful engagements and conversations
General understanding of cloud technology
Understanding of the SaaS sales pipeline - how to drive business from stage to stage.
Desire to work for organizations/start-ups, in aggressive growth mode.
Experience in utilizing sales tech - HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, Sales Navigator – advantage
Experience in a software sales environment - advantage
Social selling/marketing - advantage
