Job Description

We are looking for a very ambitious University Relations Director who will oversee the development and nurturing of our university partners across the globe. Owning a central role that deals with all our external partners puts you in a position of being the "face" of SchoolApply. This role is based in Dubai but may require some travel. 

This is a senior position that reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and has incredible career growth potential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our database of 500+ university partners ensuring all relevant information we have on our CRM & platform is up to date.
  • Manage the agency representative application process 
  • Onboard all our new partners after they sign with us. This will involve making sure all materials are created/updated, our team is trained, and they have access to our systems and know how to use them.
  • Develop strategies to help maximise our current partnerships as well as grow our network of university partners.
  • Review & monitor representative agreements ensuring that expiring contracts & terms are renegotiated
  • SME on university contractual terms

 

Your daily activities will include:

  • Review agency agreements
  • Following up any outstanding contracts
  • Schedule & conduct review meetings with universities
  • Support internal teams to help resolve challenges with university processes
  • Maintain CRM database
  • Renegotiate contract renewals
  • Proactively build & manage new university partners pipeline

Qualifications

  • Degree from a recognised international University
  • Previous relationship management and business development experience
  • Confident in CRMs, ideally SalesForce
  • World-class verbal and written communication skills - you will be emailing and speaking to multiple universities around the globe
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Eager to be a part of a company on the brink of incredible growth
  • Insane work ethic (this is no 9-5 job)
  • Interest to take a management and leadership position
