Job Description
The OMS team is seeking a strong C++ Architect/Developer to help design, build and improve the firm’s trading platform for quantitative portfolio managers.
You will:
- Participate in growing platform capabilities based on rapidly changing business requirements and providing Level 3 support across the globe
- Lead design and architecture efforts on feature improvements
- Serve as point of contact as needed for both internal and external teams
- Help with onboarding and integration of portfolio managers to the platform
- Serve as a mentor for junior developers
- Help with hiring as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
You should have:
- Expert level C++ development skills
- Strong architecture experience
- Quantitative trading/hedge fund experience
- Ability to work under pressure handling Level 3 support issues
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Experience with trading applications (vendor OMS/EMS)
- Experience with Real-time Market Data (Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg)

- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Experience with Java
