Schonfeld is looking for a recent graduate to join our Infrastructure team as a Corporate Support Engineer. In this role, you will be working alongside other corporate support engineers remotely and/or on premises to deliver high quality service and technical support to a wide-range of end-users. You’ll be part of a global team supporting Schonfeld’s Portfolio Managers and traders. Occasional travel is required among our different offices in NYC and Long Island.

Qualifications

Requirements

You should have:

  • Experience providing L1 desktop support
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Super interpersonal skills
  • An interest in working in a corporate support environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology focused field

We'd love if you had:

  • Office 365 Administration experience
  • Windows administration experience

It'd be awesome if you had:

  • Linux knowledge or experience
  • Citrix experience
  • Powershell experience
