Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- A true mix of strategic planning and program management, with a change management focus, as well as executing on tasks and supporting various activities across the legal team and its business partners
- Execution on tasks is a vital component for this role
- Developing and implementing the law department change management framework to guide the successful communication and marketing of legal initiatives internally to the law department and cross-functionally, when required
- Create and implement change management components of law department initiatives (i.e., creating and maintain change management plans, draft communications, tracking and monitoring change management adoption and next steps)
- Support the development and implement change manage and enablement with legal team customer zero initiative
- Lead program management for specific programs, as and when they arise
- Support and execute on tasks under the leadership of other program managers, as appropriate
- Develop program plans and milestones, as well as implement tasks, to ensure successful delivery of law department and legal operations initiatives
- Develop and implement learning and development programs for both legal team colleagues and enterprise colleagues, as well as enablement activities for new process and systems roll out
- Support with general system management and enhancement
- Provide Legal staff with ad hoc general operational support
- Collaborate with global IT, legal, product, and engineering teams on Legal-related projects
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional and business experience
- Developed and lead several change management initiatives including drafting communications, managing change management calendars
- Track record of strategically partnering with program management with change and project management tasks both intra-department and cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across a number of different work streams
- Must be a team player, team work makes the dream work!
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Knowledge of technology preferred
