What you'll bring

• Solid experience in platform or infrastructure engineering processes, with a track record of delivering solutions in cloud-native enterprise environments
• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code is required. It is also important to have knowledge of scalable system design.
• Good communication skills — you can translate technical detail into clear guidance for engineers and senior stakeholders alike
• A collaborative mindset — you know how to build bridges across teams and bring people with different perspectives to a shared goal
• Curiosity about agentic architectures, AI-driven platform patterns, or adjacent emerging technologies
• Experience from Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or related fields is equally welcome
• Ambition to grow into a Scrum Master role. If you have experience in it, even better

What you'll build

In this role, you'll help to shape the infrastructure that enterprise-scale applications are built on in Corporate Processes and IT. As a Platform Engineer in our Platform Center of Excellence, you will design and develop tools and services. You will also operate frameworks that help teams build effective solutions. These solutions will be secure and perform well right from the start.

You will work on platform projects from start to finish. This involves defining the architecture and delivering working solutions. You will also promote automation. This automation will help reduce difficulties between development and operations. Your work will directly improve how engineering teams deliver — removing blockers, closing capability gaps, and raising the bar on what's possible with the help of your teammates.

Beyond the immediate work, you'll be helping us build a long-term platform foundation. You'll collaborate with IT product and cloud operations teams, translate their needs into robust platform solutions. If you see a better way of doing something, you'll have the space and support to pursue it.
