What you'll bring

You bring a solid understanding of financial accounting and/or controlling processes, combined with hands-on experience using SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA and a strong motivation to build your career in SAP consulting.

You hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, IT, Finance, or Controlling.

Practical knowledge of Finance and/or Controlling processes and hands-on SAP experience are essential. Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and customizing is an advantage, as is familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud concepts and SAP Fiori. Exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted business workflows is a notable plus.

You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a customer-oriented mindset, curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative attitude, together with a genuine willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Fluency in Romanian and business proficiency in English are required. Conversational German and any additional European language are considered advantages.

What you'll build

You will build your career as an SAP FI/CO Implementation Consultant, developing functional expertise and SAP configuration skills through active participation in customer projects and SAP services.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you will contribute to all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations — requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. You will progressively take ownership of configuration activities, functional documentation, issue resolution, and customer deliverables.

You will expand your knowledge across the SAP Finance and Controlling services portfolio, including Public and Private Cloud solutions, integration scenarios, and emerging AI-driven capabilities, such as SAP's embedded AI and Joule ecosystem.

Supported by structured onboarding, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunities, you will progressively develop the independence and expertise required to advance toward Business Processes Consultant and more senior SAP consulting roles.

Your initiative, proactive involvement, and willingness to take responsibility will be essential to your professional growth.
