Job Description
SanDisk Global Physical Security is seeking an Associate Security Operations Analyst to support enterprise physical security systems across a global environment.
This position supports Software House C•CURE 9000, Milestone XProtect, and related physical security technologies across multiple regions. The role works closely with security operators, regional security teams, IT partners, and third-party vendors to support daily operations, system enhancements, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support Software House C•CURE 9000 and Milestone XProtect across multiple global locations
- Support access control and video management system configuration, maintenance, and operational activities
- Support deployment of new security technologies, features, and system enhancements
- Work with regional security teams and operators to support operational requirements and business needs
- Coordinate with vendors during deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and support activities
- Perform periodic reviews and validation of system data, access records, and configuration information
- Support SQL-based reporting, data validation, and audit activities
- Assist with integrations between physical security platforms and related systems
- Participate in site deployments, upgrades, and project activities
- Provide occasional after-hours support for technical issues, maintenance activities, upgrades, and critical system events
Qualifications
- C•CURE 9000 Certification
- Experience supporting Software House C•CURE 9000 in an enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of C•CURE 9000 configuration and daily operation
- Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and server environments
- Working knowledge of SQL Server for queries, reporting, and data validation
- Experience supporting physical security system deployments, upgrades, and operational projects
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve physical security system issues
- Experience working with security teams, operators, vendors, and support partners
Preferred
- Experience with Milestone XProtect
- Milestone XProtect Certification
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Experience supporting system integrations and connected platforms
- Experience supporting multi-site or global physical security environments
- Internationally recognized security certifications (e.g., ASIS, CompTIA, ISC2, or equivalent)
- Other physical security or cybersecurity certifications
