Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Operation associate to join our growing Operation department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants supports a company's Operation team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications.
The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of working techniques in Sales Operations most often manage sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement.
Your key responsibilities:
- Business Operational Process Gate Keeper: ensure all sales activities executed as per process and principle.
- Ensure the flow: Planning – Target – Execution – Monitor and Measurement,
- Support front-end sales force in daily selling/ execution activities.
- Balance Planning with organization monthly target.
- Main coordination with related departments to ensure top-line delivery.
- Business Process & Execution Principles Training.
- Main gate support to Key Account Management to deliver Customer’s Request,
- Administration for customer contract and related legal documents,
- Monitor execution: problem solving as per process or aligned workaround solutions for new business scenarios to ensure target is achievable.
- Measurement: reporting and basic analysis to improve execution.
Qualifications
- Customer service in FMCG company
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in using Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with sales & management software
- Sales administration skills with customer & sales data management
- Capable of working under pressure
- Organized, dynamic, pro-active, self-driven, result-oriented
- Responsible and commitment toward assigned tasks
- Autonomous and teamwork, team spirit
