We are recruiting for an experienced Yard Shunter to join our team in Ford.
Rygor has dedicated haulage contracts across the UK and we are looking to recruit a fully licensed HGV Driver / Class One (C+E) driver to assist the loading and shunting on site.

Key Purpose of the Role:

• Loading and shunting vehicles, both our own and the customers, purely on site
• Checking trailers before loading to ensure they are clean and have no mechanical defects
• Oversee the parking on site
• Working with the contractors warehouse staff
• Assisting site supervisor with delivery paperwork

Essential skills, experience and competencies needed for the role:

• Needs HGV C+E (Class 1) licence
• Physically fit
• Some Knowledge of IT
• Experience in transport planning would be preferable but not essential
• Fluent English, written, spoken
