Contract Assignment.  6+ months

• Prepare RFQs/RFPs
• Draft formal written determination for review and approval by team supervisor
• Negotiate and write contracts and other procurement documents
• Provide timely assistance to customers in developing complex technical and performance specifications in areas of specialization
  

• Prior full cycle procurement experience
• Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated Contracts
• Familiar with City and State procurement experience a plus
