Provide administration of multifunctional database deployed across departmental and enterprise systems. Duties include  design, development, implementation, database creation, problem resolution, day to day maintenance, reports generation, backup/recovery, upgrades, configuration management and system maintenance activities. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent educational or professional experience.
• Five or more years' professional level experience with database administration, database design, data modeling, and ETL operations. 
• Experience in Azure SQL administration services
• Experience working with always on high availability database server clusters and business continuity failover implementation
• Experience designing and performing capacity ge and understanding of T-SQL, PL/SQL, or both
• Experience in designing and performing capacity planning for large-scale multi-node DB server clusters designed to be highly available, load balanced, and fault tolerant
• Experience designing and implementing database backup and backup retention plans, automated maintenance plans, and database performance tuning
