Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The CRM Coordinator is responsible for supporting advanced analytics, customer modeling and campaign forecasting. This role will conduct customer analytics, market basket analysis, customer behavior trending and deep analysis into customer data. The CRM Coordinator will work on customer data models to inform customer segmentation and provide post-campaign and seasonal analysis to inform marketing strategy and identify customer experience opportunities. In addition, this role will provide specific analysis to directly support business needs. The CRM Coordinator will report to the Manager, CRM. This role will work cross-functionally across the organization and will support various teams with customer analytics necessary to support customer strategy, customer journey mapping, promotional planning, product expansion/ideation and prioritization of customer experience enhancements.

TASKS:

  • Manage seasonal promotional hindsights/analysis as it relates to customer behavior and KPIs
  • Manage weekly CRM dashboards and campaign reporting
  • Partner with the Customer Retention and Loyalty teams to identify testing and customer segmentation recommendations based upon customer trends and insights
  • Provide post-campaign reporting and analyze effectiveness of campaigns, promotions and A/B testing
  • Utilize Datorama and other tools to develop customer reporting to inform customer segmentation and journey opportunities
  • Develop campaign forecasting to estimate response, incremental sales and other KPIs for various CRM initiatives including but not limited to: targeted customer campaigns, multi-channel events, direct mail campaigns

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Retail or similar
  • Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis and reporting
  • Prior experience in creating and interrupting customer analysis, able to pull insights and recommendations out of the data to make strong, data-driven recommendations and decisions
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Salesforce, Tableau and/or SQL knowledge preferred
  • Shows curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Organized, self-starter
  • Collaborative and critical thinker
