Job Description

We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, a data junkie and loves to help people.  The HRIS Analyst at rue21, will lead in maintaining all HR systems, assisting in implementing process improvements, auditing to ensure data quality as well as analyzing and reporting on HR data.

Key Responsibilities would include:

· Ability to investigate, analyze, test and resolve problems related to HR systems to maintain system functionality

· Follow data analytic processes to maintain data accuracy, as well as provide input on improvements to help solve HR Issues

· Develop user requested reports relating to HR data and make recommendations for new reporting needs

· Provide customer service and support to system users regarding system navigation, system availability, system access requests or problems, query creation, and data set-up concerns.

· Audit employee data and ensure integrity and accuracy within all Human Resources systems

· Provide support for HRIS systems including researching and resolving integration issues; unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirement objectives

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

· 3+ years' experience in HRIS

· Strong ADP technical expertise preferred

· Experience in report writing

· High degree of proficiency in Excel

· Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills

· Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams

· Strong professional and effective verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation

· Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines

· Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced and deadline-oriented environment
