Job Description

  • Plan & Execute our web marketing campaigns flawlessly to support campaign build, testing, and publishing of marketing communications in our content management system (AEM).
  • Lead a center of excellence with our digital web technologies. Enforce and enhance rigorous QA processes and A/B testing strategies, advise on best practices for best in class customer experiences.
  • Lead digital marketing strategy. Plan & drive marketing excellence, optimize platform capabilities to drive consistent results.
  • Lead MarTech innovation, collaborating with marketing partners to bring all digital strategies to life to provides a unified, frictionless customer experience.   
  • Evaluate current campaign performance and user behavior to recommend strategies and campaigns that will drive conversion and engagement, while optimizing the customer experience.
  • Drive the innovation of our tech stack and web capabilities with Product Owners and SWOT team, and marketing team to drive innovation and a frictionless shopping experience for our customers. Identify areas of improvement, define requirements, & prioritize backlog with the SWOT team and key stakeholders.
  • Scale and Optimize Digital Spend, lead planning and execution of overall strategy.
  • Build strong relationship skills with key business partners in Marketing, Product and Technology is important. There are strong intersection points with the Digital Marketing Platforms teams on MarTech innovation ideas, working with Marketing partners to bring their digital campaigns to life, etc.).

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of digital product development experience, web operations, and/or Ecommerce/Digital transformation.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and build strong teams with a high digital IQ.
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks, and how to build a foundation to scale aggressive growth.
  • Ability lead, plan, and execute website content and a frictionless customer experience.
  • Experience with JIRA or some other ticketing system for tracking assigned work
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities, a plus.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX processes and working experience to lead product/SWOT team.
  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented and a creative problem solver.
  • Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies and concepts.
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written -- creative skills to guide the design.
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail, process oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Design, Operations or related field preferred.
