As an Operations Group Leader, you will lead a team of DC associates to do the fast-paced work required to Store Supply and Fixture department. In addition to direct supervision and development of your team, you will work to improve our production, forge relationships with our external and internal clients, and partner with your peers to remove all barriers for our facility’s success.

• Assembling a superior team by training, assisting in personal development, and performance management
• Guiding associates in daily operations to ensure a high degree of safety, service, and quality
• Placement of your team for optimal productivity
• Maintain accurate supply and fixture inventory
• Inventory tracking and order placement
• Maximizing floor time by creating an open path of communication between you and your team
• Evaluating current work methods and finding ways to eliminate inefficiencies
• Developing the ability to understand business management reports
• Assisting the Operations Supervisor in implementing operational policies and procedures
• Encouraging, developing, and maintaining productive working relations with DC management and staff by maintaining and fostering open lines of communication
• Other duties as assigned

• High School education or equivalent management experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and attention to detail and meet established deadlines
• Manual dexterity is required, and ability to lift cartons up to 40 lbs.
• Aptitude to interpret and understand policies and procedures, and relate them to associates
• Basic PC skills
