Job Description

As a Paid Social Specialist I, you will support the execution of the paid social programs for RRD clients. This involves strong channel knowledge in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, ideally having experience in TikTok and Pinterest Ads. You will work on campaign execution from end-to-end, including setting up campaigns, optimizing and managing pacing, and reporting on campaign performance to clients.  In this position, you will juggle multiple projects and should be self-driven, detail-oriented, amicable, a strong collaborator, and be prepared to continuously learn new features of social media advertising. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work on paid social campaign execution from end-to-end, including campaign setup and structure, tracking implementation, optimization and in-market management, and post-campaign reporting
  • Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance, develop reports and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy of campaign set up by following a rigorous quality check process and implement weekly optimizations to enhance performance.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing paid social programs for clients and effectively communicate these to clients and internal teams
  • Work within our internal proprietary platforms to develop target audience data-sets for use within campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on all things paid social, including the latest trends and updates within the social platforms for regular and special category ads, especially Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Set up testing for ads, including audience pools, enhancements, placements, demographics, and creative 

Qualifications

Education & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field (Required)
  • 1-3 years previous experience working on paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Familiarity with Pinterest & TikTok Ads Platform (Preferred)
  • Experience with Special Category Ad Trafficking (Preferred)
  • Desire to interact with internal and external customers (Required)

Knowledge/Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience working with social platforms, including Facebook/Instagram
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of autonomy and responsibility
  • Knowledge of campaign metrics and analysis
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, with a keen eye for consistency
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrate curiosity for learning new learning new skills and be self-driven to stay current on digital marketing and social trends 

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $55,100 to $82,700 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
