Job Description
RPI Consultants seeks a Principal Technical lead with extensive experience in the Infor Workforce Management product to join our growing Infor WFM Practice. This position is responsible to lead and support all technical aspects of implementations of Infor Workforce Management, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, system analysis, system design and configuration, extensions, integrations, training and post live support. The Technical lead will work with the RPI WFM and PMO teams to continuously improve and promote leading practices, delivery leading practices, solution architecture, integrations, and value add services as well as support company marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide practice leadership and refine technical delivery models to adopt leading practices
- Serve as a mentor and coach to other consultants and colleagues
- Act as lead technical consultant in application architecture, design, extensions and deployment, and rollout of Infor WFM Suite including Time & Attendance, MVS, and all submodules.
- Serve as the product SME regarding technical architecture, Integrations, and extensions with Infor’s Cloud suite and like products on the market
- Act as the primary liaison with Infor Support, R&D, and Cloud where necessary to support product and project needs
- Provide training, testing support, client guidance and post live support
- Provide thought leadership in the Infor WFM space including delivery of presentations and creation of relevant content
- Provide audit and QA functions to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to leading practices
- Deliver on time and on project budget
- Possess deep product knowledge and must have strong customer service skills and the ability to think, act and direct strategic initiatives.

- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to delegate work to teammates while maintaining first class delivery and QA
- Ability to predict client needs, issues and propose/deliver solutions for resolutions
- Ability to interact with, communicate with, and in gain the trust of Project Sponsors, Executives, Steering Committees , etc...
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as have the ability to interface effectively with our customers (at all levels) and work with the RPI Sales team and Practice Management to effectively generate revenue where opportunities align
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience working with Infor WFM modules
- Extensive experience working in Healthcare and Public Sector environments
- Extensive experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversion and migration best practices, system extensions, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end-user support
- Deep expertise with Infor WFM technical aspects, including system architecture, integrations and Groovy extension
- Mastery of SQL, XML, Groovy, Cognos and Birst is ideal.
