Job Description

Are you passionate about improving processes, reducing manual work, and leveraging modern technology to make businesses more efficient?

We are seeking a Process Improvement & Automation Specialist to identify, streamline, and automate administrative processes across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, and an interest in applying AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and employee experience.

You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to understand current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement automation solutions that deliver measurable business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing administrative and business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and capabilities within everyday business processes.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Monitor automated workflows and ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote best practices in process optimization and automation.
  • Work with stakeholders to measure and report the benefits of implemented improvements.
  • Provide training and support to users of automated processes and digital tools.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience documenting processes and creating clear procedures.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.

Desirable

  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform AI capabilities, or other generative AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or international business environment.
