•    Understanding and working Experience on IP addresses and Subnetting,
•    Understand client requirements and be able to provide effective and supportable technical solutions to meet these requirements which adhere to global standards
•    Plan, manage and implement these solutions effectively and within target timescales
•    Use technical expertise and knowledge to resolve complex, service affecting problems in a timely manner
•    Identify when to escalate problems to next level support and manage the problem through to resolution
•    Experience in handling direct clients and participate with them on call during Incidents.
•    Experience on creation of  DNS Resource records (SOA, SRV, MX, A, PTR, SPF)
•    Familiar with NIOS upgrades.
•    Very good hands on creation of zones and delegations.
•    Thorough understanding of name servers and its functionality.
•    Ability to deal with DNS/DHCP related Incidents.
•    Solid understanding TCP/IP protocols.
•    Ability to Design, plan and implement all medium and complex types of change on all supported product lines.
