Job Description

We are seeking a fresh graduate to join our HR team as a HR Generalist Intern.

The role will provide support across various HR functions and offer exposure to recruitment and HR operations activities. In this role, you will provide end-to-end HR support across one or multiple countries. 

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day activities.
  • Assist with coordination of HR processes and tasks as required.
  • Support recruitment-related and onboarding activities when needed.
  • Assist in basic HR documentation and communication tasks.
  • Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate.
  • Saudi Nationals ONLY.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to apply sound judgement.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
