We are seeking a Data Specialist to play a key role in a mission-critical project. The role demands deep expertise in databases, ETL processes, and data workflows, with a strong sense of ownership and structured way of working. You will play a critical role in ensuring reliable, accurate, and scalable data systems that power the products and systems developed by RMgX

• As an Associate L1, you will support in designing user interfaces and experience flows for simple features while gaining hands-on experience in usability testing and design systems..

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for specific features.
• Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs.
• Assist in usability testing and document findings.
• Ensure consistency with existing style guides and design systems.
• Support the team with asset preparation (icons, typography, color palettes).

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 0.5–1 year of UI/UX design experience (projects/internships included).

SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

• Strong grasp of design fundamentals and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in Figma/Adobe XD for prototyping.
• Exposure to usability principles and responsive design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
