Job Description

The Implementation Program Manager will report to the Leader of Integration Management and Performance (LIMP) and will oversee integration planning and execution, as well as coordination of value realization efforts and organization of Communities of Practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Integration Management: Managing post-Definitive Agreement integration activities, ensuring seamless consolidation, conducting risk assessments, and tracking pre- and post-close requirements.
  • Value Realization: Supporting the execution of value realization efforts, ensuring key synergies and commitments are progressing, and coordinating with finance teams for tracking and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing the Integration Management team, ensuring consistent application of tools and methodologies, optimizing team capacity, and supporting recruitment and onboarding.
  • Coordination of Communities of Practice: Organizing Communities of Practice to identify additional value realization opportunities and facilitate sharing of best practices.
  • Legal and Regulatory Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Engaging with senior stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and manage change

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience is required. This should include comfort with all aspects of large-scale integrations, business transformation or large program implementation, including change management, project/program management, strategy development and process improvement.

Skills
