• Jump into the action—whether that's helping customers find exactly what they need, sharing your product knowledge with enthusiasm, or keeping our branch running like a well-oiled machine
• Build genuine connections with our customers and team, creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and energised
• Keep things organised and running smoothly, ensuring our stock is in top shape and our customers leave with a smile

• You've got enthusiasm and actually enjoy helping people find solutions and gets genuinely excited about sharing your knowledge with others
• You have proven experience in customer service or retail, with a track record of delivering exceptional service
• You're organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage stock, inventory, and store operations efficiently
• You possess strong communication skills and can explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
• You're a reliable team player who's willing to roll up your sleeves and support colleagues when needed 
• You have excellent problem-solving abilities and can think on your feet to resolve customer concerns
• Hold a current valid drivers licence
• Hold a current Forklift licence (desirable)
