Job Description

To help support Resultant’s rapid growth and solve our clients’ toughest problems, we need an Engagement Manager, Digital Transformation to join the Private Sector team. In this role, you’ll work with primarily mid-market clients identifying and leading efforts to support their digital transformation across people, process, data and technology. While serving clients across numerous industries, you will collaborate with project managers and technical teams consisting of data engineers, data scientists, and technologists to solve problems and drive meaningful outcomes. We are looking for someone with a combination of a solid technical background with project delivery, consulting and leadership experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop deep understanding of client organizational strategy, needs, barriers and pain points to define the solution, not just a solution.
  • Own the overall health of the client relationship focusing on delivering an exceptional client experience, alignment with organizational strategy, relationship retention and growth.
  • Manage, drive and deliver on program scope of data, technology and digital transformation efforts across a portfolio of client relationships.
  • Lead and collaborate with a cross functional team across areas like program management, data engineering, data science, application development, UI/UX design, QA, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Take ownership at the project level regarding resources, solution design, agreed to scope/outcomes, budget and timeline management.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks in delivery and serve as an escalation point for the PM regarding issues related to these areas.
  • Own functional and technical communications with client leadership, with the ability to articulate the impact of technical solutions on business objectives and outcomes.
  • Build effective relationships across all client levels while having a strong technical understanding across data, application development and technology.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, relationship management, project management or similar role
  • Experience in customer-facing role developing deep client relationships, resulting in retention and growth
  • Experience developing and/or delivering technical solutions across data, custom applications, IT, etc.
  • Experience leading diverse teams across an organization and ability to communicate goals, tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to develop and articulate technical and organizational solutions to address business needs
  • Experience working across levels within an organization from day-to-day contacts to C-suite
