Job Description
As a Senior Rev Ops Administrator at Altium, you’ll play a vital role at Altium. We are looking for an individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization who can understand both our current implementation and our business objectives in order to identify areas of improvement. You'll work with inter-departmental teams to gather requirements and should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms and clearly explain design options and their potential impact. You should be comfortable with change management and governance.
Our ideal candidate should have a well rounded knowledge of different products and clouds and will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
- Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components,
- Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization,
- Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
- Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
- Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, using tools like Dell Boomi
- Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business
- Setup and maintain API integrations between multiple systems
- Strong development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and UI frameworks within Visualforce pages and Lightning components
- Conduct code reviews for on-going projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Update existing automation with a goal to reduce the number of workflow rules and process builders while configuring more robust business rules using flow
- Create and maintain Salesforce technical documentation
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Work with integrated applications including NetSuite, Snowflake, DocuSign, Marketo, Boomi and more

Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong Salesforce CPQ knowledge and at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certified
- Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certified (optional)
