Job Description
Provides specialized expertise for Trade Compliance export and import activities (e.g.
transaction screening, classification, recordkeeping, etc.), ensuring compliance with
applicable regulations as required by the relevant government agencies.
· Maintains working knowledge of all applicable export/import regulations, providing
updates to management regarding current and pending compliance regulation initiatives
and legislation that may affect company business, ensuring various reports with
government agencies are kept up to date as required by regulations.
· Assists with internal or external audits and assessments as directed by Trade Compliance
Management.
· Participates in the creation of reports or records.

Qualifications
College level qualifications in Business or related field and two years of business-related experience; OR export/import training and two years of business-related experience. Technical product knowledge would be an advantage. Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. SAP experience would be beneficial. Have familiarization with legal forms, meanings and terms
