Our site offers collections from external brands like W, Biba, Chemsitry, M&S, etc as well as its own brand- AJIO. It is the exclusive partner for retailing Reliance trends’ brands online. Our collection varies from dressy casuals to dress down denims, from high energy active to party wear. From maternity to yoga. Ethnic wear for special occasion to Work and after. We take care of every need of the fashion interested woman & Men. We also offer International brands from Russia, Turkey, Singapore, etc. Currently we offer Womenswear & Menswear and will soon be adding Kidswear as well.

Job Description

AJIO is looking for an exiting individual to lead their HTML direction from a creative standpoint aligned with the Creative Team. Work along side other designers, copy writers, fashion content writers and other fashion team members to create engaging web properties
  • Work on different ad types/formats like natives, banners and rich media
  • Create mockups, wireframes and translate them into final design
  • Work with Interactive art directors to translate brief into creative artifact
  • Produce clean, layered files with pixel-perfect alignment
  • Deliver a range of concepts and designs for each project
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to propose creative solutions inline with our requirements
  • Bring freshness in terms of deciphering the brief and creating engaging HTML emailers – either create it and do the HTML or do the HTML for an designed emailer.
  • Follow the direction set by the creative leads and the Art director to attain the brands goals.
  • Super display of speed and accuracy in conceptualising and executing the design briefs.
  • Time is of the essence - to manage the work load in the least amount of time without letting go of quality work will make everyone’s life happier.
  • Be open to constructive criticism to enhance the work as per the brands requirement but also be clear to put your thought process forward
  • Creative thinker that works independently without a lot of oversight and direction
  • Clean, crisp, and clever portfolio that demonstrates innovative work for top-tier brands
  • High-energy and passionate self-starter who’s extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital / mobile advertising is a plus
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge specific to interaction design as it relates to online advertising
  • Hands on experience in handling design-editing tools (Photoshop, illustrator)
  • Knowledge in emerging trend and technology
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in creating content for the digital space 
  • 2+ years of experience in digital environment
  • Should have graduation from any Art & Design school (Portfolio link would be appreciated)
  • The degree may not be mandatory, but an impressive portfolio that showcases your creativity certainly is!
