About the Role:

As Chief of Staff to the CCO, you act as a trusted strategic and operational partner to our Chief Commercial Officer. You work at the heart of Redcare Pharmacy’s commercial organization,  spanning Own Brand, Marketing, Rx, Pricing, Cat Man, Marketplace, Retail Media and country organisation, collaborating closely with the commercial leadership team and the broader Executive Management Team.

Your mission is to help shape and execute the commercial agenda, strengthen alignment across the commercial functions, and ensure that key commercial initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and measurable impact.

About your tasks:

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CCO and commercial leadership team, supporting commercial strategy, annual planning, prioritization and execution of key commercial priorities
  • Prepare commercial analyses, briefings, and presentations, translating complex topics into clear, actionable insights
  • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on commercial leadership meetings and monthly business reviews, ensuring high-quality materials, clear decisions, and disciplined follow-through
  • Support and strengthen stakeholder management across the commercial functions, Executive Management, and cross-functional partners such as Finance, Operations or Tech
  • Own and coordinate the CCO’s commercial initiative portfolio, ensuring clear priorities, milestones, decision points, and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Improve the commercial operating rhythm and operational excellence by optimizing decision-making processes, KPI frameworks, meeting structures, and information flow
  • Identify commercial risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points early and proactively propose solutions
  • Lead or contribute to high-impact growth and transformation initiatives across the commercial organization

Qualifications

About you:

  •  4+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, commercial strategy, or a comparable environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots and turn insights into action
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders in matrix organizations;  navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, paired with discretion and sound judgment
  • Affinity for commercial topics such as pricing, marketing, marketplace, retail media category management, own brand, e-commerce;  digital business models, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in scale-up, complex, or regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, digital platforms, e-commerce) is a plus
  • Academic degree in business, economics, technology, or a related field (Master’s or MBA a plus)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards, KPI reporting, BI tools, or AI-enabled productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; German and additional European languages are an advantage
