We are looking for a Controller Distribution Partner & Field Sales!

As a part of the Global Sales Controlling team, you support the Distribution Partner Finance Manager to drive the Global Distribution Partner and Field Sales roadmap through the continuous improvement of global guidelines, concepts, and our system landscape. You act as a business partner for the regional Finance and international Sales teams and help improve business profitability by identifying cost efficiencies and assessing value chain and route-to-market change proposals.

Job Description

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP FOR REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT AND INTERNATIONAL SALES TEAMS

  • Support the further development of the global controlling guideline, global KPIs and reporting standards, as well as tools for an efficient Distribution Partner and Field Sales management.
  • Act as a finance know-how hub for all Distribution Partner and Field Sales-related topics.
  • Train local, regional and area Finance and Sales teams on DP and Field Sales related topics and tools.
     

PLANNING, REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • Coordination of the worldwide Distribution Partner planning and recharge process.
  • Analysis of global Distribution Partner sales volume, value and trade investments.
  • Perform ad-hoc calculations and country deep dives.
  • Improve internal reporting tools and dashboards to enhance transparency and insight into our Distribution Partner markets.

 

DRIVE DISTRIBUTION PARTNER AND FIELD SALES PROFITABILITY, EFFICIENCY & EFFECTIVENESS

  • Analyse and challenge the value chain, pricing and promotional development of Red Bull Distribution Partner markets.
  • Support in assessing DP and Field Sales-related launch- and business case proposals for the highest long-term return and efficiency.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant Finance experience, ideally as a Sales Controller in the FMCG industry.

University degree in business administration/finance.

Fluency in English.

Knowledge of financial software and tools (Excel, SAP, Hyperion, BI Planning, or similar systems).

Knowledge of advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python) is a plus.

Proactive, self-motivated, able to work with different topics in parallel in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and presentation skills, team player, strong analytical skills, results- and performance-driven.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
