Job Description
You will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals and specialists, taking on leads to negotiate deals whilst hunting the market to grow our customer base and generate new opportunities.
You’ll be confident working with a range of information sources; researching companies, reviewing applications, and approaching potential clients and candidates to find the right match. A natural communicator, you’ll effectively tell the client story and provide the talent you source with a clear brief of the role.
Always encouraging and helpful, you’ll be constantly managing relationships on both sides, as well as any issues that arise from initial vacancy through to on boarding. A skilled negotiator, you’ll help finalise salaries, benefits packages and starting arrangements.
The role will be challenging, but also exciting, fast-paced, target driven and lots of fun. To keep on top of your role you’ll need to take advantage of the fantastic training we offer, and ownership for your own professional development, both for your benefit and the wider business.

We’re looking for someone who can be an ambassador, as well as a skilled people person and business developer, so you will also need to embody and display in your approach the core values that we feel sets RecWorks apart.

Broadly speaking we are expecting applications from those that fit the following profile:
- Experience working in a sales (B2B), customer service or Account Management role (recruitment experience is not required)
- Proven and demonstrable ability of building successful relationships and developing new business
- Excellent team-working skills
- Experience of exceeding personal and/ or team targets
- A high-level of resilience, self-awareness and tenacity
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Degree educated (2:2 or above)
