As a Junior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will make an impact by assisting in the efforts to find the right talent to support the needs of the business and you will work alongside the talent acquisition team throughout the entire life cycle of a recruit. You will utilize various platforms to connect with potential candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process. You will provide administrative and logistics management support to the line managers as well as focus on providing the best candidate experience.

We believe your role is diverse and challenging. Our business is complex and internationally oriented which means you engage with very interesting candidates. You take complete ownership and initiative of the total recruitment process which we think should also include campus recruitment, actively building pipelines of candidates and contributing positively to the brand reputation of the firm through active social media engagement.
