·         Responsible to follow instruction given by Production chemist & QC chemist.

• Responsible for the filling of pure gases & mixture gases as per the instruction of Production chemist.

• Responsible for loading / unloading & movement of cylinder as per the instruction of production & QC chemist.

• Responsible to assist the QC chemist during analysis.

• Responsible to handle all the production equipment’s, machines, tools, cylinders, valves, raw material in a smooth & safe manner.

• Responsible to follow RAWABI safety policy & safety system.

• Responsible to take necessary precaution while working as per the nature of job.

• Responsible to fill the Production equipment log sheet /cylinder filling sheet on daily basis.

• Responsible to maintain the good housekeeping in working area.

• Responsible to know the Nature / safety hazards of all the Gases & Raw material used.

• Responsible to know the safety system.

• Responsible for the maintenance of all production equipment’s as per requirement.

• Keep the record of incoming customer/RIG cylinder.

• Keep record of cylinders treated in Furnace /Raw gas cluster consumption.

• Proper shut down of all running production equipment at the end of shift.
