Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Intermediate School or High School
To be successful as a plumber, a candidate must have excellent listening skills, so he may effectively understand clients' issues.
He must be dexterous, able to use both hands.
He may also be required to kneel, stoop, crawl or squat, and must be physically able to do so.
He should possess exceptional problem solving skills. He should also be good at math. Additionally, he should be able to work autonomously.
To become a plumber, a successful candidate must possess a diploma or equivalent.
He may then receive industry training at either a junior college or a proprietary school.
