Job Description

Job Purpose

The main purpose of the Facility Management Officer is to oversee the facilities at Rawabi Holding Tower ensuring that the tower and its services meet the requirements of the company and its employees and the surrounding environment is in a suitable and functional condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep the facility running efficiently by coordinating with all related parties.
  • Facilitating from a big-picture view, as well as dealing with details -- all of which affect maintenance of the physical premises and the security of people who work there.
  • Supervise usage of non-engineering supplies and equipment for the facility.
  • Coordinate and integrate the activities of all operational systems within the facility for seamless efficiency. Systems might include purchasing of equipment, distribution of mail, and reservations and scheduling of general facilities such as meeting rooms, auditoriums, classrooms, etc.
  • Identify and create annual maintenance plans in collaboration with the Support Services Manager as required. 
  • In coordination with Support Services Manager, design a variety of systems and functions within the facility such as cleaning schedules and areas.
  • Liaise with the Support Services Manager to ensure regular updates regarding new facility contracts, or any changes pertaining to the management of the facility.
  • Continually monitor the facility for compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations in coordination with Group HSE Advisor.
  • Escort guests around the facility and manage the necessary inductions (i.e. Gym)/ ensuring health and safety briefs are carried out whenever needed.
  • Provide a monthly operations report.
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned b his/her direct manager.


Qualifications

  • BA in Business Management, Hospitality Management or related business degree
  • Engineering Degree / Diploma would be a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or related role
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and projects
  • Analytical and problem-solving, decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English (Oral and written), Arabic would be a plus
  • Saudi Nationals will be preferred, and would be a plus.
