Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Finance Coordinator – Administration is directly involved in supporting all members of the Finance Department.
  • Coordination related to ERP implantations.
  • Coordinate the audit, Zakat and Tax activities.
  • Preparation of documents as directed by members of Finance team.
  • Analyze financial reports to discuss the finding with management.

  • Responsibilities
      • Assisting in the daily administrative requirements of the department.
      • Ensuring that paper work is corrected and delivered in a professional manner.
      • Organizing and arranging a periodical Finance meetings, and taking notes.
      • Monitor and log the delivery of Finance reporting and period closing on time across the delocalized and centralized staff.
      • Maintain and report the updated records of pre-defined Finance-KPIs across the group.
      • Assisting and coordinate ERP system implementation.
      • Coordinate the relations and activities with outsiders, to name few: Auditors, Bankers, Financial consultant, Trainings, etc.
      • Coordinate and report filing quality and compliance across the delocalized and centralized finance team.
      • Contribute in analyzing the financial reports with discussion with management.
      • Perform assigned projects & special tasks as directed

      Qualifications

      Responsibilities

      • University degree in Finance/Accounting, or a related field
      • 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
      • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, work processing, and database management
      • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
      • Knowledge of business principles
      • Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
      • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
      • Proven experience in information and communication management
      • Required typing speed
