1.Job Purpose

The purpose of the Banking Relations Officer’s job is to arrange, maintain and grow funding and banks facilities, and fulfill the daily banking requirements of the BUs/JVs in coordination with the Bank Relations Unit Head

2.Principal Accountabilities

- Executes bank accounts opening and closure 
- Produces daily bank positions and utilization of bank credit facilities
- Evaluates, based on the Bank Relations Unit Head’s requirements, the BUs/JVs requests for extension or grant of credit lines  
- Negotiates and discusses BUs/JVs finance requirements
- Completes monetary transfers when necessary in order to ensure bank positioning is maintained in a sensible manner
- Ensures the needed financing for a specific project
- Monitors the daily banks positions
- Supports the Bank Relations Unit Head in developing and institutionalizing Rawabi Holding’s data, know-how, and capabilities in bank relations
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager

- BA in Business or Finance

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and administration skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking or corporate treasury

- Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS office applications and basic software applications, and familiarity with the internet and email communications

- Experience in the GCC is necessary, preferably in Saudi Arabia

- English and Arabic languages fluency required
