Qualifications

In this role you will be leading a team of Customer Service Specialists and performing duties to include:

- Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends and determining system improvements

- Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers

- Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.


We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of Customer Service Management/Supervisory experience and a strong track record of results.

Additional Information

This position is looking to pay $ 50,000.00 to $56,000.00 based on experience.
