Job Title: Project Manager 

Duration: 12 Months ext 30 Months
Location: Walnut Creek, CA

Project Management Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the pre-NTP and post NTP deployment of in building solutions (DAS, Venues, Venue Mods, Repeaters, Spidercloud, etc)
  2. Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  3. Drive the team to achieve the monthly and annual NTP and in-service targets.
  4. Generate dashboards and reports for team and RE Specialists, Construction Engineers, and RF.
  5. Manage bulk updates in SiteTraker.
  6. Identify major milestone opportunities and efficiency recommendations and solutions.
  7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools such as Peoplesoft and SiteTraker.
  8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  9. Identify risks in the program.
  10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements:
  1. 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in Wireless and DAS projects
  2. 5+ years experience in site development and site acquisition work
  3. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Siterra, and SiteTraker
  4. PMP certification is a plus
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Solid technical background with understanding of 4G LTE infrastructure
