An exciting opportunity exists for highly motivated and experienced Scrub Nurse to join our dynamic Cath Lab team on a permanent, full-time, part-time or causal basis.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse to join our state-of-the-art interventional cardiology and radiology unit. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will maintain flawless sterile fields during complex cardiac procedures and coordinate seamless clinical logistics as a scout. The ideal candidate brings sharp clinical judgment, strong technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. As part of the clinical team, you will need to be prepared to flex across the High Dependency Unit when the cath lab is having down time.

About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse within a Cardiac cath lab as a Scrub/Scout role
• Recent cardiac catheter lab experience – structural heart experience is highly desirable 
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster
• Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
